im using nokia asha 201 what a stupid fone each and everytime this fone have a problem sometimes you dont have an access to the internet its say you must quit because the is an application error sometime its said update nokia browser but how and restart memory how must i do that

I cant access my Nokia Asha 201 to internet or log in with Google but i am able to log in in Facebook and whats-app. Please help me I cant inter to Google over my Nokia Asha 201.
