I had the exact same problem. What I did was that I removed all network Internet settings, GPRS, WAP, etc. because I do not want to use them which is when I lost the ability to select which AP to use.
So what I did was I created a personal setting:
Settings > Configuration > Personal settings > Add > Web
Then go to the main menu > Internet > Web settings > Configuration Settings > Select the personal settings that you created
Now try to access the internet and it will ask you to choose, choose Wi-fi
Then go back to the personal settings and delete the setting that you created. From now on, you will be asked which connection to use everytime you access the internet
If you want to restore your GPRS settings, you can just request it from your network provider and they will send it to you.

I don't understand why is this phone cheaper than Nokia 301, It has wifi also which Nokia 301 doesn't have????

good phone @ a higher price....i like qwerty devices so ill buy myself one....but plzzz guys dont compare it with any android device...if anyone has higher budget surely go for android....

look wise very cool, great model in asha series, sam future like asha 200, just tow changing, 1 for wifi, 2 for look changed other wise every thing like asha 200, great nokia,

One thing that I dont understand or am NOT Happy about is the Pricing. In INDIA the Pre-Release selling price was Rs 3999/- which would have been the BEST Price Point for this Device. But now they are selling it for Rs 4499/- everywhere.
Why should the INFLATED Dollar effect the MRP of a Device thats Made in INDIA ?? Thats SO Wrong on Nokias End.....

Nokia xpress browser in Asha 210 uses my mobile (service provider's) data network to connect to internet even when the phone is connected to a WiFi network. This problem just wastes money. Is anyone else having the same problem? Pleas help me fix the problem.

Why should a Symbian OS Detect Your ANDROID SD Card or Vice Versa ?? You will have to FORMAT the Card & than start using it in your New ASHA Phone.
Why bring BAD name to a Beautiful Device because of your Lack of Tech Understanding ??

Hey guys in india both fb key and whatsapp key asha 210 are there but mostly u find fb key on the device if u want 210 with whatsapp key !!
Go to "the mobile store" (or) "univercell" website or to the shop.
the phone is good accordng to my suggestion in this price range and u can use this as a good secondary phone fr txtng n music .. awesome battery backup!!

I have a small question... I am going to buy my new... morei suggest you buying nokia 210 becoz it's better and does not hang easily. this only costs rm 220 in malaysia but samsung is more expensive and hangs easily.

u can go with asha 210 or asha 501
