Facing the following issues:... moreDo not attempt to do any updates of the software yourself, since you have the mobile only for 2 days, I suggest you take it back to the place you have bought it AND DEMAND they change the mobile, if it is having these problems and you have not made any usage, imagine what will happen in a few months.
Do not accept the option that they keep the mobile and do a restore of the software themselves, it will only solve (if it solves) the problem temporarily, and it will come back in the future, they will do only a software update and this may not be enough (in the future). My self I have been going and coming back to the Shop where I have bought a Nokia Asha 200 with software problems for the last 1.5 year,since u have a problem from the beginning ask for a new mobile so as to avoid problems in the future.
Hope it all turns out well.

Bought the handset 2 days ago. Facing the following issues:
1. The camera sound turns back on even after I turn it off from camera settings.
2. In the music player, pressing the right navigation key does not proceed to the next track.
Is anyone else facing the same issues? Please help me to fix the issues.

Sameer, 03 Jul 2013Dear Nokia Asha, I really like this types of sets, Let m... morehahaha - these are good suggestions. but this extensive feature set will come at a price - and as of today, if the Asha 210 costs about Rs.4.2K, your dream phone will cost no less than 12K. and this is why Nokia may not come up with such phones, because they are targetting the masses.... :)

Dear Nokia Asha,
I really like this types of sets, Let me suggest a few options I hope you will have a deep look into it,
1. Please put a high mega pixels, like 8 mp
2. please put a high size RAM like 512 or 1 GB
3. Please make the display screen a bit larger,
4. front camera,
and the options which a smart phone requires, if all these options are set I guarantee that most of the people will love to buy it,

And like I said it is a cheaper alternative than others out there in the market at the same price range. Small software performance lags should be fixable with future firmware and software updates.
