I have Asha 300, an` you can spit it as much as you want to but this is an excellent phone.
It`s touchscreen IS FAST, it`s NOT SLOW, an` it has 1.0 Ghz processor, so it is a very fast phone. And it`s not hard to choose anything you want by touching its screen.
It has very loud speakers and it`s convinient for listenig to music.
Internet browsing is very, very easy.
It`s easy to type messages also, you even have shorcut button. 5 MP camera takes excellent pictures, great quality, video clips also.
I just can`t understand people who say " It`s bad phone, you should never buy it ", but they never had it, they`ve seen it just on pictures, and all they know about it they found it on reviews. NOT FROM THEY`RE OWN EXPERIENCE. Again, great phone.

Yes friends, its resistive touchscreen which is slow in response, so u have to press a little hard, or use stylus so tht it can understand u have touched it...
A good touch screen is where capacitive touch screen is used, u can check any higher end models, it will have capacitve screen.

Well, I have had my Asha 300 now for three weeks. I live in Canada, and my needs are very basic - talk and text is all I really need. The battery will stay charged anywhere from 3 to 7 days, depending on what settings you use and how often you use it. Sound quality is fine, as is camera quality for a mobile talk and text phone for its price. The comments about Angry Birds is true - the screen is just a bit too small to enjoy playing it. The touch screen has been working just fine for me. As it stands, I call this a basic, reliable phone with some extra features (camera, radio) at a very affordable price. 8.5 out of 10, if all you want is a talk and text candy bar phone - I recommend it.

yes!!!nokia asha 300 is v.good set for using whatsapp,f.b chat pro,opera,sega,e.a games etc..
And also its camera(5mp) awsum result beter than x3-02 or c3 touch and type

Very nice phone to use. WEB is faster in 2g and even faster in 3g. Camera has good clarity.

This phone is at all not worth its cost spending even a single penny is just waste of money ultra sow working is key feature and rest touchscreen is worth touching and wild animal with rough skin whereas messaging shorcut is just make people fool it take around 2 minutes to open a conversation later on again around 1 min to open a message so a as a loyal advice you gonna waste your money buying this cellphone and still if you are indeed in need to waste money you can :P
