Restoring factory settings doesnt fix touch screen problem as you cant unlock screen to go through settings to restore them! Even taking battery out etc didnt work. The engineer in shop said to me that asha 300 touch an type is having same problems as c2-01 touch screen. Hope you guys who got 300 have got a good one an have more luck.

My Nokia asha 300 needs to be charged everyday even if the usage is very less & the connection gets lost after few minutes. Is this problem being faced by anyone else also.

Hi neeraj u posted that u forgot ur password dont worry take ur phone to nokia care they will re install ur software but u didnt get any data in ur phone

I'm thinking of buying a Nokia Asha 300, having had over 6 years of good service from a Nokia 1101 which is still wording perfectly. I'v heard of keypad problems with more recent Nokia phones.
Does anyone have opinions on the quality and durability of the keypad of the Nokia Asha 300?

i am using nokia 300 since 8 months, touch screen is not working. anytime it gets hung up. i actualy face trouble when in serious situation. its request to company to solve dis problem.

Mine did same touch screen went i took it back to shop an exchanged for a diffrent phone altogether. I know here in uk nokia has 2 year warranty so if you cant take phone back maybe nokia will repair it.

I have a Nokia 300 as well. My handset is actually in a good condition...everything else is working EXCEPT the touch screen! It hasn't been working for weeks now and i seriously don't know what to do. Is there a way you can help me to fix it??? Please help! ;(

Is there any one who have used whatsapp in this phone?? I have whatsapp installed in my cell however i am unable to go online..it just keep aaying not connected to chat server..thus is really annoying me..any sugstions on wat i need to do?

It's a good phone for basic functions. Battery lifespan not bad, can last me about 2-3 days before having to charge. But I use it for basic call and text functions only. Camera also not bad. Looks good too. Screen not that sensitive, but bearable.
Only issue I face is that the phone will block messages from coming in and will have to restart phone to receive messages again. Occurence is about once every 2-3 weeks. Anyone else faces this problem?
