This phone is not yet available in the Philippines. But I saw 3 units of this model at 1 store here in Naga city. But the price is very very much higher than what it should be. They are selling it at P14,000+. Wow! Terrible! Nokia asha 303 is suppose to be higher than asha 300. I asked a sales lady if they had put in the right price and she said "YES". Why are they selling this phone more than twice its regular price????
No WLAN, resistive screen... These are just its cons that could not fetch a price higher than 7,000. In fact, they priced it higher than Nokia 700 which is already a smartphone. Nokia asha 300 is not a smartphone. And add a thousand pesos more, you can already afford a nokia 701, which is also a smartphone. Are they trying to fool buyers?
I hope our local DTI officers will look into this. I had informed them already.

and one you will get a smarter phone with,

2 GB 5D graphics accelerator
4 GB RAM
250 GB internal memory
for 1 EUR
if you have higher requirements then go for smart phones why looking for these phones
smart phones also requires more money
you can't get a smart phone within this price range

i think nokia asha 300 is apt for msg users where they can use both touch and type also we expect to publish the price(in India) of nokia asha 300 and wen does it avail in market???? Expecting for the arrival:)
