this phone is always asking me to delete iterms even after deleting them. im getting annoyed now. what should i do? how should i trust ur products if there is no quality in them? these is abusive.

This junk phone always ask me to 'delete some items', wtf, checked my internal memory and its at 3.2mb, but yet the specs say it has 10mb internal memory...this cant be true as my gallery or music player dont want to open because i must 'delete some items'
