You can watch HD(1280x720) videos greatly on a low end android smartphone through mx player. And galaxy y is really far better than asha 311 in every term. Whatever I dont suggest to buy sgy. Many awesome chinese androids are available at this price range. But if u want dumbphone in 2013, then go for dumbphone.

i recently bought i nokia asha 311 but i face a problem in this phone when i try to connect to a wi-fi hotspot phone successfully found wi-fi signal but not connect to the hotspot. It's says "network no longer availeble"

i dont know why people compare it with samsung galaxy y... prosessor is so powerfull and battery is also powerfull than galaxy y.... and for HQ games u can go----dedomil.net !

Great phone, w/1GHz Processor for fast browsing... compare to (samsung wave y w/ 832mhz),(Galaxy y 832mhz), (Galaxy pocket 830mhz) good wifi signal etc...

with DivX/Xvid videos. Of course,
videos above 720p were a no-go,
but the Asha 311 supports all
kind of audio codecs and it
played the sound of even
incompatible video files
(including the 1080p videos in
