If it dead can anybody work with it? t... morei agree samsung is doing well only because of android and it has failed in the feature phone market. nokia leads Samsung in the feature phone business and theres a good reason to it. but the s40 asha touch interface has many flaws and needs A LOT of interface enhancement, reliability and bug fixes. n without app support there is NO USE of the 128 MB RAM, 1Ghz processor and 32 GB external memory.i have used this phone for 2months and i can tell you the app support is REALLY BAD. s40 OS s the Achilles heal for this phone

And i found it pretty... moreu could hv spent abt 1500-3000 INR more and bought the htc explorer/ sony tipo/ samsung galaxy y/pocket... the negative comments in this forum about this phone are true... i own a asha 311 and truly it has some big flaws... i regret not have bought one the above mentioned androids

Saahil...!, 06 Nov 2012I bought this phoen a week back when i Lost my Sony Ericsso... morei bought asha 311 in august and sold it 2 months later. between aug and oct it must have hanged 4-5 times. one day the touched stopped responding. i tried the whole day trying to restore it but the touch would not respond. i took it to nokia care and they managed to start it. on the 3rd day after it hanged i sold my phone and bought an android

[deleted post]no it does not support talking tom. however there s a talking cat app in the nokia store for this phone. but any1 wil find this app poor in content and graphics compared to talking tom

I bought this phone on 5th NOv. 2012. And i found it pretty awesome. I was planning to buy an android phone but as my budget is less so i didnt wanted to invest in the entry level android phones.. becoz as per my thinking if i want an android phone den i wud buy a higher version. um not saying abt jelly bean. but atleast Icecream sandwich. and above all.. all my frnd who bought entry level android phones r facing problems.. especially on battery back up.. so ultimately i chose Asha 311 and i am happy that i took the right decision. Its features are excellent and execpt 2 cons : firstly it sumtyms cant play youtube video and the speaker sound is as usual less that the other brands.. BUt syill i am very very happy to have
