the biggest problem with this phone is, it runs on s40 SW. there is no multitasking to speak of. nokia india is creating more trouble buy its inability to update the SW to 3.90. lack of quality apps in the nokia store. several features from previous s40 phones like group sms, copy/paste function (and many more)are missing in this phone. please think 100 times before buying ANY PHONE WITH s40 SOFTWARE. its really outdated. instead spend some more money and buy s60 or android. But if u want a phone for calls and sms ONLY then this is the v.good phone

frndz i am very disappointed after getting this phone . it's software is of very poor kind , it hangs a lot . i am using this phone for 2months and i had to go to service centre 3 times because of sw prblm. and the qualities of its accessories are too poor . i must say one thing that it's touch pad is superb .
