hi all my asha 311 users..!
This mobile is damn good no regret.
Nokia call it as a smartphone,but other brands don't..
Just b'coz there is no multitasking?
It can be done by hacking it...
Watch videos on youtube about hacking s40 devices.
Its an easy process...
And asha 311 will be better than andriod.. :)

Hi... I was thinking about buying this phone as a gift to my brother. I have a couple of queries:
1) Does this Support Wi-Fi Hotspot functionality? (if not natively, is there a 3rd party app for that?)
2) What is the EDGE speed on the phone, 236.8 kbps or 296 kbps?
3) What video formats are supported?
4) Does the 56k (65k?) colors count make much difference in common usage?

I bought this phone just before one week, this is my wrong decision, its too low battery backup,,am feeling tooo bad....

Records video in 3gp format n not in mp4, not sure of the resolution n fps.. The specification says vga@25 fps but has anyone checked? N can it record videos in mp4 format?

Orange, 09 Sep 2012I bought this handset on 15 aug and on 27 aug the bluetooth... moreI don't think Nokia got any factory in Delhi.. they have only one factory in India that is in Chennai.. .. Am using this phone since Aug.. no complains and very good voice quality..

Got this phone for my father .. had big doubt if he can manage touch phone.. but very cool and easy interface.. he started using on same day.. enjoying good music/email.. thanks to Nokia and worth mentioning as we all know.. Asha 311 fell down one the same day from my hand.. but nothing happned to phone.. ;-).

Galaxy y is far better than nokia 311. I m suggesting to all viewers that aasha 311 looks good but buy galaxy series of samsung.
