i have nokia asha 311, i have copied some video clips(250 mb) of my brother's marriage on memory card but that does't play on phone(video not supported) while it plays good in media player on my pc. pls. tell me what should i do.

Nokia try to show the phone as a smart phone but it's not.
Biggest problem is its extreme heating even for few minutes talk.
I suggest entry level android will do better than this for same price.

the phone aint what its supposed to be. screen freezes alot and no support for secondary camera although the camera is right there. no value for money

its really a worst phone after every few hours it swithes off and messages are not coming,when i switch off and on the phone then i get all the messages to my phone otherwise not a single message coming to my phone...i suggest to others not to buy this....

absolutely the worst phone from Nokia I've owned. A year later the battery's shit, it freezes and switches off by itself. Questions on the brand in terms of the middle of the market range. Seriously questioning Nokia's quality and marketing strategy with a BAD, VERY BAD phone like this one
