samsung pocket is a multitasking android smart phone , so lots of application available, it has 3gb internal memory and more mb of ram as compared to nokia asha

The decision all falls down to you, really.
If you're an app freak and you're the type of person who's into tinkering stuffs, then maybe SGY is the phone for you. But there are better Android alternatives out there rather than this overrated phone. Just add a little bit more and you can get the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro. The best thing about this phone is that, it's upgradable to Ice Cream Sandwich. And on top of that, you have a Bravia Engine, a 1GHZ processor, a 5 Megapixel camera and a real, slide out qwerty keyboard. But as I have said, it cost a little bit more than the Samsung Galaxy Y.
But if you don't mind the lack of apps and if you're not really into rooting, then opt for the Nokia Asha 311. It's a better choice than the SGY, IMO. You couldn't get a device that has a Gorilla Glass, a premium-looking design and a decent screen quality at this price range.

It's the best for it's price range! YOU WOULD GET DISAPPOINTED IF YOU WOULD BUY ANY ANDROID IN THIS PRICE RANGE
And android is only good at their high end phones.
And nokia is towards entry level-midrange phone.
So if your seeking phone within entry level this is a perfect feature pact phone.
