AnonD-160805, 18 Jul 2013Hey bro you don't need to keep your bal. at zero.It will no... moredone trying dude.did everything u said.still not working.IPPI is set as default configuration setting.but what should be the access point.no access point coressponding to IPPI is created.tried deleted all setting except IPPI,but after then internet is not working at all.had to switch off and on to get setting back.now what else to do?

vamsi, 19 Jul 2013it is very waste mobile ,i loss my money atleast videos als... moreWho had telling that "this mobile have no internet calling".Go to setting, then to "connectivity", then to "internet telephone".Here you do registered and call.
To do net or internet calling, you have to change the setting to 3G.
And don't gives unusual and wrong comments on here.

Hi,
Nokia Asha 311 is nice phone but It is unable to download movies & play you tube.Touch quality is also poor.

i purchased this phone few month ago, most of the time it hangs. wifi hotspot not supporting. worse customer support. i visited the customer care also. but d way they are talking and behaving is really worst. saying what you will do. if any of the mobile part not working they says that you will get your mobile ready after one month. i asked them from where you are bringing parts they said "from delhi". and delhi is not much at distance. parts can be received with in 3-4 days maximum. but the service they are providing is worst. i asked there executive to give their job ID number. i will talk to nokia. they said i dont have any ID number. its not ready. then i asked to call branch manager, then they said that she is at home, the number they had provided was also switched off.
