Hey I bought this phone.
The device also working as a call cost saver.
Normally when you have to talk more than 10 mins.
Battery is getting really hot.
Then it's really hard to keep it with your ears.
So naturally you have to stop talking and wait untill it cool down.
So amazed that nokia help to save our money.....

Nokia ASHA 311 - bought in last week of october‘2012, was very happy with its functioning. The instrument malfunctioned first time in January 2013- got mended in Nokia care; received it with a band on the interior machinery , found that it worked a bit slow; Malfunctioned again (second time) in February'2013, got mended from Nokia Care again; still worked slow; Malfunctioned once again in april'2013 (third time), took it again to nokia care, they came back and told me that they found a speck of fungus (it was inside their workstation – not in front of me) - diagnosed Liquid Lock ( hence warranty void), asked them to mend it and agreed to pay for it. It is still there with Nokia Care - on contact they are saying Please take back, as they are unable to repair (reason:- unable to specify- may be spare parts problems). Agreed to pay - then also not repairing. Can somebody advice what to do? And how can i get it working once again.

bboy, 14 Jul 2013go for 520Not unless u value a. Bigger screen that much ! The 311 offers 90% of a smartphone's functionality at a lower price , albeit not much lower in this case , and it's muchhhh easier to use !

I also... moreThat kind of situation is not happening to me bro.maybe you should bring your phone to the nearest nokia care center to check it.or try to turn off your phone remove the battery for 1min. The last option restore all.before restoring,backup important things to your phone.
