why it's not having gps

After 2 months of usage, my 311 got battery issue. I fully charged my battery and within 2 hrs (on standby mode with 3G off), battery level drop to 1 bar. The whole phone is hot. Encountered this problem twice already.

Y the you tube videos is not clear in opera and also in nokia browser. hq videos of nokia browser stream for 3mins and then stops even the net has grt speed? y it hapns? (its a nice phone guys) any reply ?
