Is it a best deal??????... moreBeen using this phone(as my secondary phone) for months and I can surely tell you this phone is worth the money. It's a very good phone for the price range. There's no problem at all with my Asha 311, no hanging problem and everything works just fine. I bought another unit for my cousin and she likes it. No problem for her unit as well.
But in the end it still depends on you. If you want a phone to keep in touch with your friends or surf webs and don't mind limited(for now) apps then go for Asha 311. The phone does support Facebook, Whatsapp and more. You can also download and keep 40 EA games(Red Alert my favorite xD) for free from Nokia Store. It's fun to play as well. However, keep in mind that the apps in Asha's Nokia Store are still growing day by day. Since Nokia unveiled a new premium developer pogram for Asha developers so more apps will come in the future.

bt disadvantages are:-
