Dear friends,
When will this phone actually be available for sale in India? I mean, no website is giving accurate info. The local store doesn't know. I tried to pre-order one, but I can't risk my money.

Not released in India yet. I'll definately buy this phone in the next week. I had read many good and bad comments about NA 501 that it doesn't supports VIBER, WhatsApp, WeChat, You Tube, etc. I have remain very close to NOKIA as I had used Nokia 2690, Nokia C2-03 and Nokia 3110 Classic. I have faith in Nokia that it will not give any device without apps to its consumers. It will supports apps lately, and also the apps will be good.
The NOKIA's File Manager is fantastic !
My Nokia's experience is very good.

I Think video streaming through you tube is supported . I have seen many hands on videos in which they played videos from youtube . may be there are few settings and configurations which are necessary . You can call your phone operator and get it done

I am contented with using this phone but my big problem is... THE BAD BROWSER! My primary network's signal (SMART) is so strong everywhere but it cannot connect! Why Nokia? Also, even with PLDT MyDSL (wifi), it cannot connect! Why? I regret buying this phone. Only the built-in Facebook and Twitter apps work on mobile data and wifi but not the XpressBrowser. Please help! Do you guys experience this?

About the battery. full charge will take you about 4-5 days with moderate use(texting, some calls, browsing web, music) or maybe a week, but it depends on how you use it. Mine bought last Friday, I'm still using the battery charge out of the box. hahaha.haven't charge it yet.. I still have 20% with glance screen on.

2) can last 2 days with average to heavy usage. certainly no worries for me
3) so far tried gmail and yahoo, no configuration aside than usual username and password
4) smooth enough for normal usage, a bit hiccup in game

i would like to know about few things from people who bought this phone.
1)Can we watch youtube videos?
2)How good is the battery backup?
3)Can we configure office mail without giving incoming and outgoing addresses?
4)will 64mb ram be sufficient for this os?is it smooth enuf?
