Dishu , 26 May 2013Whats the main feature?Nokia Asha 501 has three types of home screen.one is standard,another apps screen,and the last one fastlane it shows you the task that you have recently done such as seeing/took/send via Bt video,took picture,wrote/sent/incoming message,dialled/recieved/missed call,web page,played games,app etc.It has installed dictionary to assist while writing.swipe ui based on new asha platform.less power consumption to provide long lasting battery life.only essential app but no buggy app unlike android which decrease the device life.at this price point it is really smooth UI.and after all the charming design.

nope. meego and maemo is the linux based OS not smarterphone OS(asha platform) it is designed for LOW-END SMARTPHONES!
