NA501 is a good phone, but not a best.
Bought it 4 months before. It is very laggy. Just updated my phone on 21/11/2013, and on the same day downloaded WhatsApp and it was working finely.
If I charged the battery 100%, and start the downloading on 7:00 AM, then the battery ends on 3:00 PM. Which means it gives the battery backup of almost 8 hours involving Downloading, Browsing on Facebook, WhatsApp continuously. No good Apps like in Android mobiles are available, no themes. After the update now I can download Apps and Games only directly from the Store and unable to do from Nokia's website - m.ovi.com.
Not fully satisfied with the phone. So, I rate this phone only 6 out off 10.

its a dual sim so obviousli it wont support whatsapp...u shd find info abt a fon b4 u get it..personnally i fynk its cuul

Do Not buy this bulls**t phone at all... pls go with Gionee P2 instead of this stupid phone. it doesnt support whatsapp at all whch is a basic need in this Mobile genereation... i suggest you all to go with Gionee or samsung star. never ever for nokia 501 whch is just good in colours and gud for kids as well....

Also it does nt become sharp. And before the update that same pic was very sharp.

ayush, 03 Dec 2013should i buy it or not??? you should if you are new to screen touch its cheaper and if you don't like you will do not have any loss...i have the same in black and with whats app & line swapping am enjoying it...its cool
