This phone is compatible with Whatsapp, but whenever u update whatsapp from ur mobile then used internet data system, not directly without internet data packet (if u did there is error) and about video files its supports 3gp, mp4 files but there resolution is upto 240 X 320 above this resolution it will not support. And another is youtube files is in flv. format and thats why its not play on this device. if you want to play that files on the mobile then this files converted into mp4 or 3gp then you can see. And on the internet many converters are available for mobile users in proper format like 3gp, mp4, etc...

sam, 21 Feb 2014can 502 supports temple run game or any huge games? You can play temple run but it is not like android or ios.its graphics is very low and have not sensior
