Just do one thing with your Nokia Asha 502 Phone. Firstly you remove BSNL Mobile Postpaid card. And Insert any other prepaid card in card one slot. And prepaid Idea card in card second slot.
In this mobile system if you inserted new prepaid card of any operator company provided by default internet setting. Then you operate second sim card(Prepaid Idea-second slot), it connect internet immediately.
But one important thing is that if you have dual sim mobile phone and you used internet then both two sim cards having same facility. Means not like one is postpaid and another is prepaid. Then you could not connect internet. Both cards will same (Prepaid-Prepaid / Postpaid-Postpaid), because the handsets needs internet setup. And postpaid mobile and prepaid operator having different setup. Not Same that is reason u are not connected internet.

I bought the piece online from your store through Times india Shopee. I have postpaid BSNL card as well as prepaid Idea card. However I am unable to set up the internet facility as Cellone.in as well as Idea sites dont have the necessary set up for 502 dual sim. only upto asha 501 set ups are available. Idiea store returned the message " YOUR PHONE IS NOT PROVISIONABLE"
Even feedback to your site through phone itself has failed " UNDELIVERED". In such awkward situation i am restricted to use the phone only in Wi fi mode in my house.
Its SOS and May Day for me please send the set up to my email address klp032578@gmail.com URGENTLY.

Sir this Nokia Asha 502 having all options of Copy, Paste, Select All, Multiple Selection & Multiple Deletion.
Just done a One Thing when u used file manager - at the bottom,see carefully there are three small sleeping lines means their are options. when u select any thing then their also three small sleeping lines means their are also option of select multiple or all.
whenever u can't see three sleeping lines then realized their are no option.
Kindly check at your end, 100% your problem will be solved.
This is really not a Smartphone, it's Superb Future phone who directly beat Other high end smart phone.

If you are taken picture from Nokia Asha 502 (indoor or outdoor, any type), just download on PC or laptop then check picture quality.
Another one thing is that if your monitor setting is less brightness means some persons change monitor setting manually then u realized picture is not clear.
But Nokia Asha 502 is taken high resolution picture then it's definitely see in high resolution of Monitor.
Then give the comments on picture quality.
Because my hobby is Photography and last 8 years i have used many professional digital cameras & high end pixels mobile phone also.
But Always Nokia is Great Mobile phone for Photography

If you are not connected internet and shown message that you don't have wi-fi or data package error, then done one thing.
firstly you are contact with mobile operator service on another handset but same operator (i.e. Prepaid idea then Prepaid idea)Not on that handset which have internet connection.
Then operator person told u manually internet nap setting (because this mobile connected internet via nap, not Proxy server)
For Prepaid Vodafone User
Go To Setting>Dual Sim>Mobile Data - On
Mobile Data>Vodafone Sim
Internet Setting
Nap / Proxy
Select Nap> Nap Details
Name - VMC
Address - www
Address Type - IPv4
Username - blank(Don't Type)
Password - blank(Don't Type)
Save
Browser Setting
Name - VMC
Access Point - VMC(Nap)
URL - www.google.com
Save
Then Your Problem will Solved...

i can not connect to the net with the cell service providers net facility though i have the package. Do i have to switch off the wifi connection. Do i have to click anything to connect?

Nokia Asha 502 is the best phone in this price range, Camera quality Superb, Battery Backup also Superb. Just for price wise you think that you will buy some other brand over 20,000 rupees and that brand gives you superb phone, then there is no compare. But for long time Nokia is launched this type of phone is a low range and it's really awesome and superb phone. And now in the market we can't get everything in the other mobile brand compare with Nokia Asha 502. It's Truth, kindly accept it
Just want to say, Nokia Os System is User Friendly, if phone corrupted with virus, just do it original factory setting(Phone erased everything, virus also) and now phone is totally reset without having any problem. but other Brand phones having problems they are not erased everything specially virus, and this is main headache to us. And about Camera quality is superb i am already use it and compare with iphone picture quality. And always Nokia wins. Outdoor pictures whenever in night or day, you compare then u decide. Because in the world everybody trust nokia brand for Picture quality, Whomsoever may be Iphone User or Android User Also
Just told about Screen. This nokia Asha 502 screen is TFT capacitive touchscreen which speeds depend upon persons handling means properly touch to screen, then it's movement is depends of human body energy system, if you are handling with other equipments like pen or with hand gloves then its reacts so slowly, because it need human energy. So Kindly check all details related to TFT capacitive touchscreen online. I am sure you realize everything about touchscreen.
After a long time Nokia Launch this model Asha 502, its awesome phone, and if you compare picture quality with samsung & I Phone mobile any high megapixel, then definitely you prefer Nokia Asha 502. But you compare picture quality on computer, not on handset. definitely you love nokia 502 picture quality.
Most Important Thing is in our family having another 2 smartphones high range one is IPhoneS4 and Samsung S3. But for camera quality on computer always wins Nokia Asha 502. Its Truth.

I am using this phone last 1 month, but i don't have single reason to said that this phone is having problem in any matter.
Kindly you check your mobile operator service, because many persons don't know that poor mobile operator Signal is reduced battery life. So Don't confused that your handset is having problem or something like that. I have experienced about this situation
