The brand should have remained on making phones with buttons, because that's where they excelled. The touch screen department is clearly not their are of competence. The company should recall all the Nokia C10s, because if they don't, they will lose a substantial amount of customers, that will lose faith and trust on the brand

This phone is useless they just switch off n on them self and the screen stuck I can't encourage people to buy Nokia C10.Actually Nokia must refund us

I thought this phone would be good but I realized I threw my money away. It's very slow and I would hear phone ringing but wouldn't see the caller and when seen wouldn't be able to answer. Infact I don't think I would ever use Nokia products not even to recommend it to a friends.

Why would Nokia rob people like this? This phone is a total scam, absolutely nothing worth buying it. It's so slow, it just freeze, you can't access calls, miss important calls, terrible photos. This taught me to be brand loyal cost too much. Just imagine R1600.00 down the drain. I once saw G20 and thought of buying it, I'm no longer buying any Nokia crap, total waste of money.

With all the competition in the phone industry I thought Nokia should have been the standard for all other brands with all these years of experience .but no . Nokia is producing substandard phones and not ashamed.the old E ,N and C series were even better than what is being produce these days compared to the other brands in those days.

The cortex-A7 processor is the culprit of this phone's annoying sluggishness. Can't even handle Go Edition UI properly with basic pre installed apps. You really need to tweak your phone's setting and apps to trim down background processes; thus providing you a slight boost in foreground activity. It is not recommended to install a bunch of apps, doing so would make your phone stutter like crazy; you'd likely end up smashing your phone and cursing Nokia.

This is a bad phone , you will hear a ringing but can't see whose calling, I have to call back most callers because I cant answer their call jeez very bad and it did this within a week but but I thought maybe it's my settings

I am having a bad experience with this phone, I bought it less than 3 months but already I am like i dont have the phone. every time the call comes in it get stuck with nowhere to accept the call, cant work on 3G internet tooooooo slow. it takes long for a call to dial through when you make a phone call. this is the worst phone i ever bought. if it was my will, recall all C10 especially in South Africa. this phone is not worth it, instead it makes nokia unreliable any longer.

I have this phone for under 3 months yet here is my bad experience with it:
When you receive a call you cant see the call coming in and where you should click to answer by the time it shows that there is a call coming in the caller has already dropped the call. The same goes when making a call. then the phone does not even work on 3G. too slow even when you connect to wifi. I had a chat with a nokia guy via the chats. what ever he told me to do did not work, it create more problems, this is the bad phone i have ever bought from nokia and this is not pleasant,
