Likewise HMD need to change their cpu selection (new cpu are better energy savings compare to old cpu).
Only one rear camera and selfie camera are much better than macro and depth camera, these two (depth , macro) cameras are no needed for budget and entry level phones.

Compare to 11nm cpu this 28nm cpu need more battery power and this cpu isn't a energy saving cpu. It's generate too much of heat. Compare to these two cpu , qualcomm sd450 and sd460 cpu are much much better.

This p... morethe a55 cores are a lot better and those in this are at low clocks they are normal 1.8ghz and some chipsets have them at 2.0, i searched the unisoc is equivalent of p22 and sd450 its 4x1.6 4x1.2 p22 is 8x2.0 but a55 is a lot better, i have a cheap 2xa75 2.0ghz 6xa55 1.8ghz and some mali g52 mc2 newer 120$ phones have 2xa76 6xa55 and mali g57 mali g68 even mp4 sometimes,the a75 2 cores are strong as the 6a55 cores i think

For work PC it makes sense, to help admins keep clients on high availability, efortless scalability (PC got to slow, well it can be beefed up to keep up with the new situations) and redundency (95% or higher assurence that no data get's lost). All these are useless when we talk phones, expensive and nobody will ever buy something like this, not even a big enterprise. The second no go will be, 5G antennas would need to be placed every 10 meters from one-another everywhere in this world, even on Mountains, so your phone can have a good connection to it's own software and, in addition, to be able to make calls, emergency calls. Third, every phone manufacturer that wants to do it, needs to build their own Data-Center with tones of hardware resulting in huge costs and massive envirometal blow. The last but not least, the phone will still need almost the same hardware and software to be able to do all that work, from lighter OS to 5G antenna receiver to wifi to RAM, storage, gpu, cpu, screen, mainboard, battery. So, any companie that even tries to make such a phone, is in for law suits and bankruptcy.
