Anonymous, 21 Jan 2023Agreed, everyone ended android go except thembecause its more practical in underdeveloped countries like in africa .. android go phones last much longer. cz they are not resource hog .it has many demanding "smart" feature turned off like show over display feature . doesn't let more that 4 background services run simultaneously . so the phone has more net lifetime than budget phones with heavy ui animation and endless non essential services running in background

I'd like to hear what would you say about Nokia's 3-year support then.

Seems usable, and given it got FM, maybe more useful than an new iPhone too some people (note some) a bit let down over no usb c

I'm amazed by people's c concernwith cpu where are most of them have probably never seen inside of a smartphone .
i mean how a 1.6 ghz octa core processor is 2010 phone ? do you guys even know what cpu core is ? or how smartphones work at all?
you're used to mighty cpus with heavily bloated ui . when the os itself botylenecks the cpu with plethora of background task and services . some of those services are probably spying softwares. we'll never know . because let's face it smartphone is smart already so we never turn on developer mode to see what's actually running in background.
android go is very light weight . i am using jio phone next with quad core 1.3ghz snapdragon 215 . it does everything flawlessly . stop trolling nokia . I'm sure they know what they are doing . if you don't like it leave it be ... there are people's livelihood dependant on survival of nokia . everyone could use a little diversity in tech market today .

People are always complaining that Nokia phones are a bit more expensive:
It is because you get 3 years of support.
You have the choice to buy another brand with better specs for the same price, but you get only 2 years support.

Nokia was good around 2018/2019
I have often liked there brand but only had problems with them updates just use too much storage and hardware choices by Nokia are just so bad
But maybe Nokia just not a good brand anymore
The only thing Nokia good for is a very cheap phone

Nokia, This is 2023, Not 2015 anymore, This phone has very bad specs & expensive price, i mean, Why it has 2gb ram & an old unisoc 28nm processor? i believe this phone is barely usable anymore after 1 year of usage because of bad specs. for the similar price you can get better specs phone from other brand.
