Though the outlook and basic features are fine in this phone in the beginning. Recently I observed that my text messages are missing suddenly and GAMES folder became empty(lost all games including the default SNAKE). Downloaded FACEBOOK & GMAIL apps, suddenly they are also gone. Something weird is happening with this Phone.
Can someone suggest me where I can raise my concern over this in an appropriate NOKIA forum.
As per my view, it is a mear waste to buy if we have to face this kind of things.

tHIs is my greatest phone. I was bought for my brother. And I was converted 20 movies as 3gp, and I put 20 of software to him learn and 10 games. It is why, he is my last brother and he is 12 years old but he already went to Egypt for further study. I miss him waaaaa....~

ear speaker's sound is horrible, can't bear, it just resembles a cheap china phone....
bad experience from the so called trusted brand NOKIA....
