Could have been a reasonable low end smart phone but the poor quality camera, both cameras, relegate this phone to the trash heap. Not good enough Nokia,

I will give you some advice, stay away from this phone. it takes 5 minutes to open an app

First smartphone. Not doing anything I expected. I hate it. Complete waste of money--cannot navigate between screens, swiping doesn't work, keypad doesn't appear, can't get rid of last thing viewed--and I only want calls and texts, not even trying anything more complicated!

This is the worst phone I have ever used. the battery lasts 6 hours max, in hot weather it over heats and shuts off, the camera is too bad to read qr codes (making services such as whatsapp web unavailible), the device freezes on all apps, the charging port is the old micro usb and not the standard USB-C. I could go on, but in short simply don't buy this phone. Spend £20 more and get one that works.

I liked the Nokia C2 second addition but I noticed it slows down the screen freezes and black out and the Phone gets heated everytime I'am browsing honestly can't really complain because I got as a gift I think I should reset it

I've had mine +-6months now. My 1st Nokia after many years. & I must say NOKIA has given up on quality and are just focusing on getting their phones TA approved so they can go on the shelves so they can make money.
It's great in beginning, but after time problems start appearing. Phone just shuts down for no reason then I have to wait about +-30minutes b4 I can switch back on again, otherwise it just shuts down again, the touch becomes faulty, theres a response lag. Certain apps no longer fully open, video becomes pixelated & more due the low RAM space (1gigs of ram) I suppose. So far the only thing I can't complain about is the battery, which I must admit is still somewhat powerful & last me about a nearly a full day on a single charge. Besides that one good point, I really think NOKIA should go back to focusing on Quality & not just Quantity & Sales.

Recently purchased this model, the user manual is virtually useless and the font size miniscule so if you are elderly, do not purchase this item.
