I have never been so disappointed with a phone to such an extent that I found myself here. This phone will depress you. It should be discontinued. The dual SIM on network locked is just as good as having a one SIM phone because the other one is just a dummy SIM card. You can't hear properly voice calls nor can connect over the internet using SIM 2

if you read the specifications, the phone has 3000mAh battery which means that it is equal to the batteries of phones during 2013-2015. It is also running Android 11 which makes it worse because the OS uses both RAM and CPU (which utilizes the battery alot).

Soft reset ,press power button same time as volume up button,wait 10 seconds fixes the problem but first go to settings ,app and notifications,all apps ,3 dotted top right ,click on reset apps preference.fixes the some of the problems which include disappearing of keyboard and closing of apps while ur busy.

Nokia C20 is very slow , literally takes you out of apps ,has glitches yet I this is my second month using the phone.

I think mobicel is way better than Nokia C20. back in the days I used to be a great fan of Nokia and I thought i should try one and this slate came my way. very useless. i think u must not upgrade anything on it, just wipe it.

I've been using this phone for nearly 6 months now, and i already posted my thoughts about this phone in this website, so, here is my update.
Today, i noticed that my storage was suddenly changing, from 1GB to 457 MB to 2.57 GB to 23 MB. I am just sick and tired.
And cash crusaders doesn't even accept my Nokia C20 or any other person's C20.
I'm just sick and tired. I'm leaving and never joining Nokia again!

It keeps cutting me off I have to wait for the keyboard. I can't download certain apps and it has limitations on apps like Instagram. When I am in a app it suddenly takes me out of the app and takes me to another and it doesn't have a software update.

This phone is useless total worst ofy money it keeps cutting whenever am using an app the keyboard disappears and it's slow ,you can't install certain apps....worst of production this phone production should be cut off we thought Nokia was still good and one of the best brands but this send a different message out there

I regret buying this phone it's slow the keyboard keeps disappearing it took me almost an hour to write this that how bad it is this it makes me want to cut my wrist can't even work it was a waste of money I will never buy anything from Nokia

I can't answer calls, I can't type something, I can't download something on the NET. It just keeps cutting me off. What's the problem and how do I fix it. It doesn't have software update
