Nokia c21 plus is a very good budget phone. It has a good and fast processor. I tested my battery and it carried me 2 and the half days. I'll recommend anyone who doesn't have enough money but needs a smartphone to get this and it totally worth its price .

Anonymous, 22 Dec 2022Had an iPhone for 7 years with ABSOLUTE NO PROBLEMS, except... moreNokia phones are worse for dad by day. From 2017 to 2019 nokia phones good and average quality and performance.
Why nokia not manufacture their phones for 5.0inch display and we missed our favourable qualcomm cpu also. Nokia rear camera design is ugly and too much of heat issue. Nokia phone box also poor packaging.
Nokia we like 5.0inch display and don't keep ugly big boarder around display.

Recent purchase at Argos.Said to have a long battery life 3 days?
There is only one speaker, and I find the volume unacceptable on max. Ditto earphone!
Oddly, the WAZE app works loud and clear while driving.

Replaces Sony Aqua.....excellent sound, Dolby and quality camera.

Overwhelmed by ever increasing essential apps .

Laza, 29 Jun 2022Where can I get this phoneAsda £85

Review's on this phone vary greatly so there may be different batches some maybe with GPRS issues some that may work ok it would be good to see if that is the case as some of us may just have faulty phones.

I bought A Nokia C21 Plus as I was fed up with Samsung and their gimmicks, The C21 is well built and functional. It has a scaled down version of Android called Android Go so there is some differences between this and the full fat version. The phone has USB micro for charging and file transfer and is nippy on apps that you can get to work.
A point to note is the on and off button is on the side of the phone in the middle so if you buy a case that has a front cover with a strap the strap falls in the same position as the on off button so it is forever turning the phone on and off, this affects the battery life obviously.

As mentioned in the comments below the GPRS on my phone was useless, Without GPRS many app's don't work properly as they need your location to activate, all of the navigation apps are useless with your location bouncing around all over the place with repeated messages "GPRS position lost"

Numerous emails to Nokia have not solved the problem with my phone and now they don't seem interested in helping so I guess they know about the issue but cant solve it.

I can say the C21 Plus is in my opinion a wasted opportunity by Nokia to show they have come back to mobiles with a reasonable priced fully functional robust phone.

If you don't intend to use a lot of the smart features of a smart phone then this is for you but if like me you need Maps, Camera with location, and the ability to install any app forget the C21 plus and look else where there is many other options around this price point.
I paid £119.99 for mine at Argos UK

As someone else said, the camera is very poor unless outside in sunshine. GPS is so bad it renders Google maps useless for navigating. The phone seems to be sleeping all the time, when you want to do something you have a delay as it wakes up. Battery life is good but not exceptional. My old Motorola G4 play was a faster phone, camera in a different league.
Nokia c21 plus is the most disappointing and frustrating phone I have ever used.

The camera is beyond disgusting and the worst gps I've ever had. I am so disappointed

A great phone, had it a week now, a replacement for the Nokia 1.4 I had, got broken in town when someone bumped into me, great screen, bright and colourful, great features, easy to set up, and only £85, recommend to anyone who needs a phone like this, but doesn't want to spend loads.

Cannot save new contacts to SIM. My Nokia 105 can do that.
Cannot transfer contacts to SIM. My Nokia 105 can do that.
Exporting contacts to a VCF generates a blank file. My Nokia 105 generates an actual file.

The Nokia C21 Plus does not even come with a QRcode/barcode scanner.

Facial and fingerprint recognition is hit-and-miss.

Most of these problems probably relate to the gutted Android 11 GO operating system.

Basically, I've paid £75 more for the privilege of a camera, and access to a myriad of adware apps.

At least it has decent predictable text. My Nokia 105 does not.

It's an okay phone, but nothing to rave about. I keep my Nokia 105 as an emergency back up.

As soon as someone comes up with an alternative operating system for this phone, mine shall be getting rooted.

Expert reviews gave this 4/5 stars. It must run well for basic tasks like social media and emailing. Can't find the 3gb and 4gb ram versions anywhere though.
