How can I Activate package Data on my C2-00 phone. How can i configure gprs on my phone with Etisalat, Airtel and MTN network.
Pls i need assistance.

Fillip is right. You can easily switch between the sims while putting one of the calls at hold. The Samsung models mentioned by Fillip have this ability. Hope Nokia C 2-00 possesses the same spec.

Hi i'm using samsung C-5212 and it is very difficult to type txts and not so user friendly, iti s dual sim and can get beep sound when i'm on the call, but can't hold SiM-1 and ans SIM-2 caller, only use is i can get confirmation tat i'm getting call from other SIM2, so in Nokia C2 the same is not there i think, the best with Nokia C2 is USER FRIENDLY interface/software, need not to be dual active, Dual standby is enough.

simultaneous calls can be achieved by doing what dwayne waste is suggesting. moral lesson is think first before you post.

no one can talk simultaneously on both the sims. try to understand, as one of the friend has said that he gets a beep on second sim, not the "not reachable" maassage.micromax and spice are giving this feature.

also your phone is not receiving calls simultaneously because you said that you have call waiting so it is not simultaneous. simultaneous according to merriam webster "si·mul·ta·ne·ous/ˌsīməlˈtānēəs/
Adjective: Occurring, operating, or done at the same time."got that again?

are you saying simultaneous? simultaneous means at the same time. so if you are saying simultaneous you are talking to two persons at the same time which is impossible because your brain processes data one at a time unless you are a superhero. got that?

To all smart@sses who said all dual-SIM devices can't receive simultaneous calls in both SIMs: that's NOT true at all. I owned Samsung D880, C5212 and B5702 and I can GUARANTEE you can do just that with them. So if I was talking to somebody using SIM 1 and a third person called me on SIM 2, I got a call waiting signal. I could then excuse myself and pick up the second call, leaving the first one on hold. The side button - yes, that one that changes between SIM cards - did the trick. I could also make a call from SIM 1, put that on hold and then make a second call from SIM 2 and switch between them freely. I even had 4 simultaneous calls, 2 on each SIM: 3 on hold and 1 active at a time. So if you don't know how to use it, don't say it can't be done.

AnonD-1755, 13 Jun 2011Hey Aks Samsung just the same thats why i sold it, I had t... moreyour right about the "lags" department. i happen to own a samsung c-5212, and 1 of the problems is when you send a message, it takes a few seconds before u can go to the contacts to send the message. and when you send it in groups, you have to wait for the message to be sent to lets say 20 people before you can type another message.! yes, maybe its better than nokia c2-00 in terms of features like camera, video playback , wider screen, but your right, s40 os still best!

Samsung just the same thats why i sold it, I had the chat3222 dual sim same thing. its a dual sim once somebody calls you the other sim in unreachable. So how can nokia be 2 years behind when theirs no one ahead?? And to the fact the chat3222 qwerty keyboard of samsung has a limited os as i thought they improve but hey there still the same. Thats why im waiting patiently fot the c2. Since im very aware that the s40 is really good. no lag, have you seen the samsung other dual sim the not qwerty phone? Try it it lags when you type. Trust me i tried them and not impress. So whos ahead and whos behind?

From the specifications I could also not see what the intenal memory is... can anyone peovide me with the information above?

it looks from the experiance of the user from Egypt that while talking on first sim, it shows second sim not reachable. If this is the case then certainly Nokia is two years behind the local manufacturers. Today local manufacturers are giving smart divert feature, by this you can be notified that second call is coming on second sim.
