I always get "Insert SIM Card" everytime I charge my phone. SIM Card 2 slot will not lock/close, that's why I didn't use my other SIM card. Just bought this phone a week ago. Though it's an entry level phone, I'm expecting Nokia to have better phone since they've been in this business for a while. I've been a nokia user since high scool, from 3210, 3310, 8210, n70 and so on.. I will never ever buy Nokia phones.

If do you have any problem, then update ur mobile by Nokia PC suit. now there is update for Nokia C2

my C2-00 has poor message alert tone even at level 5... compare to the ringtone alert at same level, the mesaage alert tone was relatively poor... anyone know how to fix this? help!
