i cant use my phone to browse with the web browser and also my phone does not have personel configuration so i cant configure it

my nokia c2-00 has no option of personal configuration.Somtimes it hangs & automatically restarts and i cant access the web browser.
why is it like that

The worst phone i have ever seen! it has camera,but of no use!its very very low resolution.It has mp3 but sound quality is very very poor!,it has internet but u cant see anything accept the body matter,you cant download the attachment.In short it has everything but of NO USE!!!!!!

I don't know why my phone's earpiece and loudspeaker volume is too slow although my volume level is full. Can anyone suggest me any solution? thanks.

I bought my nokia c2 in jan 2012. It has latest firm ware. I face no probs. its parformance very good. Its music quality good with earphone altech lansing. Its loud speaker good. But 1 prob i faced when i play music with speaker. But i fixed it prob. Remove back cover when play music with loudspeak.....

I'm using this babe..& suffering those probz..
1.It has no option of personal configuration.
2.Has no option for marking messages.
3.Somtimes it hangs & automatically restarts when 'UC' is downloading something(which is 100mb or larger)!
4.U can't browse internet! using any browser apps like uc,opera etc.,when the service provider don't provide 'access point' wid their gprs settings.i.e.Airtel provide only 2 items wid their Airtel Internet/M.O settings-(1)web & (2)mms,but they not send Access Point..so,,u can't use uc/opera using airtel!!
5.It has no option to activate pocket data connection_always online,for this it spends much & much time to loads any webpage in any browser!!(it dissappoints me too too too much...¿)
6.U can't use SIM2! when the SIM1 isn't inserted!!..
7.U can't use internet in ur pc..using it's SIM2..the feature is only applicable for SIM1!
8.The download manager of the nokia browser is verrrry boaring to look & use.!

charlotte, 25 Jan 2012i bought my unit last september 2011,and i'm experiencing s... moreyou need to update your firmware to latest which is 3.82. you can do it via your phone (settings>device>device updates>download device software) or via ovi suite. i'm sure your problems will be solved.

i bought my unit last september 2011,and i'm experiencing so much lags. i can't receive messages on time,when i check it,it doesn't read my simcard so i had to turn it off and on again.sometimes my contacts went missing etc etc.. when im using the net it will suddenly shut down. my gosh..after a year of waiting for it to release in Philippines that's all that i got.. are you experiencing it too?
