I have just bought this Nokia C2-01, expecting the best quality of Nokia battery, better Network, good Mike & Speaker & the 3.15mp of Camera. Hope this set meets my expectations...

My nokia C2-01 is best. It hav felt down many times from my hand bt didnt got any problem. It's camera is also gud but cant remove gud photos in low light. Problem with my mobile is it get switched off in between and cant update it when i want. Nokia should look in this matter

excellent phone.
camera quality, images contain a grain pattern, could be better but it is still an ok camera for a mobile phone if you are not into photography much.
there does not seam to be a limit to java/jar file size. i've installed over 1MB big jar, ran it and still haven't encountered problems. the phone can run java/jar and jad files from filesystem. it can run a java music player like ttpod succesfuly and without any problems.
the internal browser is incomplete, you cannot simply go to url you type, bookmarks are replaced by web services where sites you visit can be added but not later edited. to visit sites you can go to address from message you receive or use a built in search engine. but this browser is not ment as a primary browser but you have an inbuilt opera mini in the internet menu. this is a minus for me.
sound quality is pretty good but can be better, the equaliser could use a bit more aggressive range but can set the sound pretty well. the setting is for all phone sound, not just the music player.
the phone works excellent as a modem for pc and file transfer. but i haven't found a function to browse the computer files on phone screen as some handsets provide.
it is excellent with customisation, it can be set with a go to menu on softkey that may contain direct links to your settings, places, individual applications (including games) gathered from the filesystem, as well as web services. it supports a home screen with icon shortcuts strip and interesting shortcuts for the navigation keys. the main menu icon grid order can be customised and there are other view modes too..
it can fit and rotate wallpapers when setting them, and it can set a slide show of images in folder, probably animated gifs too, can set video for incoming call alert or as screensaver, supports flash in themes, svg and svgz format and lots of other things. the music player theme may be dull but that can be changed with a theme that supports music player theme like nokia_symbian_anna.nth that i am using. theme that does not have support for music player skin can easily be edited to enable this support.
it is a worthy phone and for a java phone, i think it is within the best that you can get. it can even play full length movies in 3gp format, with excellent sound. and the inbuilt player supports horisontal fullscreen mode.
the permissions for unsigned java midlets are limited to at best:
read and edit: ask always
network access: ask once
so you're gonna have problems with unsigned java midlets that use the filesystem, without some software modification.
check if you experience automatic restarts whenever you browse over a theme file for preview. it is a known problem with this phone but it only happens in some environments. just a warning.
i think this is one of the best java phones you can buy.

This the worst phone I have ever used in my life. If anyone is thinking of buying it, don't bother cause when your memory card gets full your phone memory also decreases. My available memory is only 212KB now and I don't have any other files on phone memory except the default files of nokia

gotta say.. best nokia handset for it's price.. but the only prob is wid the camera- isnt well fit for a 3.2
