my handset battery does not give backup when i am listen music on my mobile so it's give me only 2 hours backup' why?

I bought several days ago this phone and every time when i power on the phone it shows the message "Cannot complete service. Please try again later." Normally i can start my phone by pressing OK but it shows every time when i power on the phone and it became boring. Somebody have the same problem and how to turn it off??????

but for this you must have the correct setting of your internet for examle if u hav set mms settings your internet will work but the sterming will not work
for streaming use these settings as default setings:
airtel-mobile office rather then airtel live
videocio-videocon internet rather then videocon gprs
reliance-use netconnect settings rahter then relianceMBWORD SETINGS

I am used c2-o1 in last one year from mar2012 to still now,it have software problem only,it has updated free from nokia care,otherwise it is perfect.
Youtube live play without buffer,
3.2 megapixel,
maximum sound,
java apps,
friendly keyboard,
easy desktop shortcut,
battery backup,
datacable also charger,
simple structure,
less cost,
I am computer student,but i am poor background,so i use network in my c2-01 in one year,but it supports like my friend,so i think some post are lie.
It is also like banana tree.use on every apps,

#this is a very good phone,and the software is good enough,but the only problem i have with it is just that it doesn't support whatsapp.
