I bought Nokia C2-01 two days back. After using it found below pros and cons about various features-
1)voice clarity on call - average or poor compared to other nokia mobile. There is static noise and distortion during call at both ends which makes you feel uncomfortable. After every 10-15 words, one word will be distorted partially or completely during conversation. Due to this you feel like shortening call and hang up. Irritating. There is voice clarity feature but i didn't notice any improvement even after activating it. This one issue makes it a bad mobile. But I haven't come across many user reviews about this on gsmarena.com. This is not about my handset alone, all c2-01 handset has some voice clarity issue same is what mentioned on other website reviews and tests if you will google search with words “Nokia C2-01 background static”. Invite more opinion from users on this.
2)call /conversation volume – compared to low even at max volume setting. Bit irritating if you are in a noisy place/ road
3)camera - more than 2 mp but less than 3.2 mp images compared with other mobile. Images are clear but only in bright light. Low light makes worst / dark images. There is photo edit option so you can adjust brightness/contrast which is little bit helpful but not much. It takes 3-4 seconds to save images after clicking.
4)Video - good video quality but only in bright light.
5)Loud speaker - Low volume even at max setting. Quality-good/ok
6)Headset - average or little bit poor quality output during radio and music player with supplied nokia headset. it may be better with other headset but not sure not tested.
7)design - robust. strong. lookwise good. don't look cheap
8)performance - slow compared to samsung but this is true for all low end nokia mobile. It will take 2 seconds to open sms messages after clicking. It takes 3-4 seconds to save images taken thru camera.
9)voice recording - average quality for outside sound but good if you are recording fm radio or recording call voice.
10)memory card - when memory card has more data on it, data access becomes slow in memorycard, even camera images takes more time to save.
11)Keypad - keys are bit hard and makes clicking sound while pressing it. Calling key and call end key is very hard to press. bit irritating. but otherwise ok. big enough so that you can't click any other key by mistake
12)Display - no backlight adjustment feature. Low legibility in outside direct sunlight.
Side view angle - you have to keep handset straight to eyes to see images /text clearly. Very bad side view angle clarity from right hand side of handset if you tilt it even little bit.
13)Battery life - good battery life. 8 hours talking without loud speaker.
14)3g/ internet/ browser - not tested/not used by me

does everyone that says they have restarting problem with this phone has their phone already updated to latest software version 11.20?coz im not experiencing that problem with my phone.i could say i have no problem with this phone software at all.satisfied with this phone.lots of features than i expected when i was just planning to buy it.plus i can run up to three apps and minimize them at the same time,with its product profile having edited.good phone :)

It is really a very nice phone along with good quality keypad,camera with 4x dig zoom,speed internet with dwnlds n uplods n also social networking, etc. According to me,most of the touch phones do not last longer n are very problematic. Therefore, u should go for nokia c2-01 if not nokia x2-00. Trust me u wont sacrifice anything except touch screen, qwerty and wifi in this phone.Hey,aftr buying this phone do not forget me ok. Bye. is also good. But this ir restarting automatically any time of day, other wise phone is so good specification
