Waaah! Terrible..terrible, c31..Dont waste yua money..charging takes 4hrs, drains very fast even with battery saving mode..ps from 6am,it wont reach 2pm..lots of screen glitches..very slow processor..aweful/horrific camera..jeez!.buy an older midrange phone for this price range..

Imagine 5.000 people, trying to enter 1 door. I think nokia trying to mantains the battery lifetime. You will hard to find the sparepart, because lack of service center.
You are right about missed notification. When the screen is locked. There is no notification at all. Suddenly we just receive 6 miscalls, 7 messages,. That will make other people upset and think that we are hate them.
And that's the only reason why do I sell this phone after 2 months.

But I agree to avoid chrome, besides of that and it's a personal thing, I don't like to use it, I find it messy. But that's me.

This phone may have a cheap price, but save up for something more decent. It's great as a secondary phone or for an older person but I find it very inconvenient to use it. Although it's big screen is catchy, the phone glitches everytime I scroll down. At first it's no biggie but soon turns into a nightmare. The backing of the phone is like a nail file. The tacky plastic damages easily. Don't recommend for a full time phone for a busybper

Hi can anybody please explain me if there's any option to copy/move Or transfer files from Nokia C31 to USB drive connected. I am able to view files in the USB drive connected but not able to copy a file to SanDisk USB drive -Thanks

I would like to ask if anyone knows how long this phone will be supported by Nokia. I'm planning from upgrading from my Nokia 2 (solid phone, but age takes a heavy toll on low end devices). I'm trying to find a phone that I know will last me at least 3 years with company support.

I bought Nokia C31 three weeks ago and it was functioning very well in the first two weeks. However, for the last five days chrome browseris very slow and at times it doesn't work at all. I have updated the app, cleared all cache and closed all tabs and still it's not working. Have anyone experienced such before? What should I do to restore the browser to work efficiently and effectively?

I bought C31 two weeks ago and it has been working well until two days ago when chrome browser became very slow and at times it doesn't load at all. I have updated the browser, cleared all cache, and closed all tabs but the problem persists. Restarting the phone ain't working either. Have anyone encountered such a problem with this phone? If there is, what did you do to restore it's effectiveness and efficiency?

When everytime I run out of patience with a phone, this is what happens. I regretted buying this phone from day one, and I should have gone with the Nokia 3.4 since it has quick charge and Qualcomm snapdragon 460, the experience would have been different.
I simply wish my C20 has a long lasting non removable battery because this one is actually worth the money and super light.

You are praising Blackview but saying Nokia is no goo... moreMy blackview a52 has less ram just like my itel S18 (Unisoc Sc 9863a1) but my blackview is more reactive since it's running a lighter OS just like the C20. Even though it has 2 gigs of ram, it behaves just like a phone with 4gb running a regular android. And to be honest, this is not a good device because instead of running the lighter android Go which is perfect for a Unisoc Sc 9863 , it runs a fully fledge Os, which is definitely heavy and stutters a lot
