c3 videos are not running.start video and audio also come but except freezing video phone cutting off,black screen came. Can anyone help me how the video run on my C3?

Hey! Suddenly the Communities option on home screen stopped appearing! But when I scroll down to it, the option to refresh it is no longer there! How can I fix it?
Oh and there are times when my phone would like, display a blank white screen and even shut down for like 2 seconds. Is that a bad sign? Or something to be expected of a low priced phone but isn't a big deal?

really nokia c3 is a great phone...........its awesome mobile...when i purchased it after four days this mobile fell down from 10meter hight my goodness small scartches onlyon panel....always nokia trustable

This phone is awesome FOR ITS PRICE.
Really cool design,but the paint tends to get scratches so have to be careful.
Great battery life.
Great display,but lacks brightness control.
Really comfortable keyboard.
Great audio and call quality.
Internet speed is awesome.Great for social apps and mails.
The camera is not great,but takes decent photos in day light.
The only worries that i have are,
the phone sometimes displays a blank white screen for like 2 seconds and sometimes hangs.

I must say this is the worst phone I have purchased. It is always freezing up on me, mainly when I take pictures. I usually have to take the battery out to restart the phone and the quality of the pictures are awful most of the time. When I try to send the pictures sometimes it takes awhile to attach them. It is just so irritating with it freezing and messing up so much...it would be a great phone if it wasnt for that.
