Browser is too slow using your service provider even acquiring from wifi signals/ opera mini only works on wifi/ if you try to use it using packet data/gprs, it wont work. Try to use available browser-google,etc.when using packet data or when subscribed to value added services of your service provider.

Browser slow email does not work PDF, Excel fine can not be opened.

Yes its good.but i cant use some application on this cell phone...so for me i will say ok...
