This handset is one of Nokia's best phones. I have been using mine for 8 mths without any problems. Its good on internet if yu use opera 7.1.

Viruses and malware for mobile OS (The most) is in Android in less numbers iOS.

my tweeter,nimbuzz,skype and whats up,,,apps are not working
maybe its because of my firmware is v08.70
should i update it again or downgrade it?

B4 this backup contacts and images to sim&memorycard.
Menu>settings>restore factory settings>restore all>enter secuirity code.

Had my C3 over 2 years, no major problems - it does what I want. I recently got a Blackberry phone and Playbook which I intended to link. Sent the phone back after three days - could not link it. The Qwerty keyboard on the C3 is better that Blackberry's Qwerty.
p.s. I gave up on linking and bought a Mobile Internet dongle - works a treat with Playbook !
