Regarding the charging time, change your charger which is included in the box with a higher OUTPUT if you could notice it's only a DC5V/350mA.. that is the reason why it charge too slow compare to other device.
Change your charger. It doesn't have problem with the battery itself.
It is SAFE to UPGRADE your firmware to v7.20 now.. just make sure BACKUP your CONTACTS.. then after upgrading to 7.20 RESTORE the FACTORY SETTINGS of your Nokia C3. Then if possible reinstall again the other apps that you wish to use. It's running smoothly with me.

Go to Internet (the globe icon beside the message icon to the left) > Go to Address (scroll to search for it) > key-in youtube.com > find your video or click any video that appears, the player appears and it will start playing after a few seconds. i've been using this phone for almost a month now and here's what i have to say.
pros:
attractive structure / design
wifi works pretty well
installed facebook, twitter and messenger apps
EDGE connection works at 2.75G or class 32 (means a bit faster OTA connection
it is a cheap wifi enabled handset
cons:
no 3G connection
keypad is not ergonomically designed well
the camera is just awful! (low noise reduction capability)
video recording is not as good but tolerable
Symbian S40 is totally outdated for the design
menu and personalisation is limited
recommendations: if u like the surfing on the go and a bit tight on the budget then you can buy this however I would rather recommend the much better though older nokia E63 which i also used by the way. It is a whole lot better than this thing. It's nothing but hype. wink**

I'm from Kerala and i'd like to know how long does C3 take to get fully charged. Secondly, are the qwerty keys comparatively smaller than other nokia qwerty phones?

one of the worst phone ever...worst display and graphics...gets stuck when a call is on...worst camera..its a waste of my money....bloody piece of shit...worst wifi connectivity...

The ph is very good in all respects, but for the battery. The battery is useless and takes full five hours to charge. May not suitable for youngsters and travellers.

when i inserted my sim (in which i already transfered my phonebook and msgs) in nokia c3 my phone book doesnt shows any contacts and no msgs ?is it normal?
