my c3 is not able to play avi format of 240*320 resolution of 70mb....where as in specs its mentioned that out can play avi files.... please suggest

Besides the phone is bit more plastic,design wise quite comfortable in hands..battery life is superb,apart of normal testing n calls could last me up to 4 to 5 days without charging.
reception quality was good too,loud speaker quite acceptable too..
i heard many positive feedback on this model even thou is a 2 years back model i still get it,one reason is it meets my requirement of a qwerty keypad phone.

I bought me a Nokia C3 at Vodacom but put my Virgin Mobile sim card in after 7 days. I want to do my selfone banking again, as I did it on my previous phone. Absa loaded everything regarding selfone banking but I can't get access to my bank. I was already three times back to Absa but they said it is a tegnical problem with the Nokia C3. Why is it and what can I do about this problem?

Could someone please help me?
I like font size:small. However when i go to settings to change that i can only change to small font size the MESSAGING and WEB.
How can i change the MENU and CONTACTS to SMALL FONT size?
updated the software, but to no avail.
could someone please instruct me how to do this?
