the phone is awesome if you know how to use it. after regular updates most of its problem were solved ( i.e memory , low volume , video support , sms extras etc ) . how much do ppl expect out of a 7k phone , it plays more types of video than lg or samsung phone in this price range , some feedbacks here are really funny . stop comparing start using . its handy and after latest update 071.005 its got even more better .

i ve got some hiccup probs wid my c5.it sometimes shows 'closing applications' notice and then 'remove memory card and press ok' by itself.it doesnt read the memory card then.i ve to remove the memory card and reinsert it to get it wrk properly.can some1 help why dis happens?

Antu kmds, 03 Aug 2011I've my nokia -c5 with a great problem in camera option.If ... moredismantled and reassembled its battery, memory card and sim card then restart, or try using it without the sim card and memory card. If the same problem persist then send it to your nearest Nokia care centre.

Hello friends!!! I am a user of C5 since nov.2010.still now I love my sweet C5 as my 1st day.according to my personal opinion---
The main advantage-
** Great internet speed in phone and in Computer also(specially 3g speed).
** Camera is excellent(specially it records video which you can see full screen in your computer with a great clarity).
** Too much handy.
** Excellent software and theme support(after fix the certificate expire prob.).
** Nice keypad.
** Great GPS.
** battery back-up is too good.
** After purchase license with only $15 I can edit any ms-office document.
** s60v3 software,which is very smooth and user friendly.
** last but important "price is affordable"(remember you take a smart phone).
** Sound quality is great after software update.plz don't use the default headphone for a great sound,try WH-205 model of nokia
or something else,me using samsung headphone.
main disadvantage-
** Headphone is too bad which comes with package.
** screen size may be 2.4" or 2.6".
** Phone get very hot when you using internet in phone and specially in computer.nokia care people tell me that it is normal there is nothing to worry.
** No wi-fi.(according to its price I hope it does not matter,and for me wi-fi is no use)
At last I just want to thanks Nokia for making a such great phone with such a affordable Price.
But always remember that C5 is a smartphone only for a smart mobile user.I give an example here:-
many of C5 user comment here that there is no several mark option.but the original process is just open a folders your choice>option>
mark>then go to the next file and press "#".
like this there are too many internal features in C5,just you have to find out it.

Kartik, 04 Aug 2011Sir i hardly reset my phone before 1 month ago.and i hv los... morethe same things will happens again then you need to make updated everything all over again. It may also delete your download applications installed in your memory card once you inserted it back in the phone. So you need to do some back up for your favourite items, you can do this with netqin if you like, or copy and transfer its to your computer.

i couldnt update my sofware version.so i updatd ovi maps(whenever i opend maps there was option of update).but there is a problem now.coz even after loading 100 kb of data it is stil 'searching for position'.the older version was a lot faster than this 1.isnt there any way to switch back 2 prev version.(via hard reset or anythin else)?

very goog mobile phone with great standby time and battery life..it is easily handled and it has very convenient shape..the only missing is the wi-fi.
