vinmani, 13 Mar 2011hey friends i searched for the sound low problem in nokia f... moreyes dear there is no such problem after updating the new firmware you just need to take backup of the memory card & phone memory data other wise all data might be formated ( which was not happended in my case it was as it was ) but still need to be on safer side to keep back up of the data availavble in the handset than just go for the software update it will work for sure but while you updating the software be carefull that non of the application should working & do not try to swithch it on while its updating cause in updation it will take nearly 10mins ( Maximum ) will be restart Automatically just go for it

Bought this phone yesterday and updated it to fw 062. If u av any problem with this phone then u r not meant to use a SMART phone. Go 4 nokia 1280 instead. I have had NO problems with this phone.

Am back. Ur C5 is the best budget smartphone in its range and packs alot of features.
If you updated ur FW OTA like l did mine, you should have a smooth running device in ur hands.
And the best part like my N95 and N73, C5 can run applications of those two phones.
