i just bought my c-5 yesterday but i have been observing that my phone restart itself on an average of every 3mins. is this normal or the phone has problem? pls i need a solution very quickly

1.goto service centre update ur device sftware.if u have done do it again.
2.format ur memory card,then insert aftr u gt it frm srvice centre.
3.dwnld kaspersky
antivirus9.3 n install it.
4.alwayz instal games n applications to memory card.
5.dont use useles apps.
6.ur ph memory 68mb out of which 13 mb system.n 57 mb urs.aftr instaling 3rd party apps u wil gt 53 mb remaining.kp ur ph memory ,cache memory free.

I have problem with the volume ear-piece, when im talking to someone i can barely hear them but the volume is really low and i have it turned up the volume maximum and yet it still really low. My firmware 032.010. Help me plzzz. thank

I updated the firmware through the air and it downloaded the firmware, updated it and then the phone went blank. I had to manually restart it by removing battery and putting it back. The firmware now shows the new version, but how do I know if its actually updated it? Is there something new that I can test? (I don't know the diff in sound as I updated the firmware immediately after buying)

im a c5 user since one month. Its a superb fone i say. Hi speed browsing, good voice clarity, user friendly. But from yday my fone have some prob. My fone time automatically resets to 5amevery time . Pls help me.. :(

i would like to knw what is the cost of 3g unlimited charge in bsnl 3g? Should i hav to buy 3g sim insted 2g sim? What is d monthly charge n schemes u guys take to access 3g? Some 2g 2gb scheme is availaible from bsnl at rs.250per month. Should i go for it?

I repect and saloute nokia's low price smartphone plan as it is said that everyone has the right of health,food in my opinion has the right of smartphones in this digiatal world.low price provides opportunity to have phones for all.give u a example nokia c5's price in nondevloped country like Bangladesh is 12700. But it's just 140 dollars in us.now think what can u have with 12700 dollars but bangladeshi's r just havin a phone with that money.Thats why i respect nokia's revolutionary changes.

How to update firmware: (via Ovi Suite)
1.U have to install Nokia OVI SUITE on your computer first. U can get the apps from Nokia website. download it and install on your computer.
2. Connect your C5 to computer using USB cabel thats come in the package and select Ovi suite on C5 screen during initial connection.
3. Run Ovi Suite, and the apps will detect your C5. Then u have to click on Software update button at right up on Ovi suite.
4. The rest, Ovi suite will check latest firmware for your C5, u just wait it finish the job. Dont disconnect the USB cabel from your C5 during downloading and installation of new firmware. If it does, your C5 will damage.
5. After installation complete, your C5 will restart automatically. then it will ask your region, date and time. You have to set it as a new set. Everything will looks new.
