hey sooraj thanks... i got c5 yesterday and updated... now superb... guys dial *#0000# it ll show old version... go to options then click check for updates... after sometime u ll receive data..then ur mob ll get restart...tats it enjoy... before all plss take a backup using ovi suite just for safety.. for me nothing deleted just telling for safety...

Dear ones here, Im using C5 and I have updated the firmware some months back. Now the version shows 061.005. But the fixes I got belong to 032.010. I hear now Firmware 061.005 available. Can I update my phone again to 061.005? When I tried with OVI suite,it shows only 'Here and now ' app and OVI maps only. I need loud volume for speaker and MP3, which is available with 061.005. Please help me :-)

i have a problem guys after listening to music,and remove my earpiece,the earpiece icon still appears on the top....and wont play on loudspeakers.

make sure apn 'bsnlnet' is under category Internet.
Then open browser. In options>settings>general>access point
set it to 'Internet'.

dear c5 users,i hav a info for u rearding fw update.u can update ur ph fw to new version over the air.but the update will nt explore the change and enhancments asociated with the software.so i recommend u to get the update done in nokia care.i bought my ph. C5 5 days ago.d moment i brought d ph.and placed sim in.my ph . Prompted 'new update availble061.005.i done the update.but old ailments contd.when i enquir abt it in service centr they Frim ware update over air is nt the rt way.it does install the sftware cmpltly

[deleted post]for good and high sound.plug in earphone.goto settings in the musicplayer and then goto balance option. Set the cursor to xtreme lft or rt point.when u play music through speaker set the cursor to mid of rt and lft.set stereo widening,bass booster off

Hi all! Dear visiter, after latest firmware update it has become just amazing- fast, soft speedy key pad, superb sound and picture quality, multi-tasking, good battery, no hanging,+++++ a stylish awsome package...not a bulky one just slipping in ur pocket..!
Negative side,.. Build hardware problem(not aligned well especially around memory slot) and 2.2 small screen..if it had been at least 2.4!!
Thanks nokia for regularly updating software to fix the bugs.
