if your playing some music while browse your local pictures from your gallery, you will notice that you cant zoom a picture rather increasing the volume because your listening/running music player...
its not smart for a smart phone

Hello Friends,
3 days back only i bought this mobile after reading all your opinions. Initially i too had that low volume/ringtone problem and i upgraded to 0.60 version. Now the phone is good, the ring volume is more but what i feel is it lacks clarity when it's loud.
However i need a help on setting the equalizer to get the best music setting. The one suggested by someone is not that effective. so can any one share me how to set the music equalizer to get the best sound??

try uninstalling and then reinstall the latest version from ovi store. To install country maps, connect your phone to a computer and open ovi suite. Go to the maps tab. Connect your computer to internet. If you've opened ovi maps on phone then close it. And then choose the country you want and transfer it. I'm typing this whole thing from my c5. Very fine mobile. :) i'll rate it 4.9/5. .1 deduced for wi-fi.

My nokia c5 is generating gprs data automatically thats why my account balance is decreasing time to time autometically.My service provider says ,It is a mobile software fault

rocky, 09 Dec 2010I'm getting delete some files on phone memory, I have not ... moreBetter u use garmin in your set. Garmin map is more detail than Ovi. check it out guy. Im happy with my set. After update new firmware 061.005, my phone memory was increased, now free internal memory is 59.3MB from 68MB. All software was installed on mem card.

The best ever cell phone that I have ever used..
Thumbs up to NOKIA..
such a simple and decent looking machine, while under the hood its a monster having 600 Mhz processor, fast enough to satisfy your hunger.
I just love every thing about it. :)

the specs says that the phone memory is 50 mb? why is mine 68.4 mb?

U better do a hard reset instead of uninstalling applications or deleting message. Maybe then u can see all the free memories of the phone.

after updating to latest firmware 061.005 speaker loudness increased but the sound quality decreased a bit.

yes.. It hangs... Sound is quiet low.. Also battery backup is low fr gprs users.
