yeah i buy tis phone n it works like a charm. I was considering samsung galaxy i5801 but bought tis phone at 7200. I saved 5000 n wil buy windows phone 7 wen a cheap model releases 4consumer.

for all those guys who r confused to buy cheap smartphone i bet nokia c5 is the best buy at Rs.7000 only lacks wifi but otherwise very smart and powerful phone. Im using bsnl 3g in tis phone n connect pc to browse internet i m getting downloding speeds of around 40KBps average its hover aroun 35 to 50KBps. Skype fring voice n video calls r smooth witout jitter. People who complaining tis phone i guess tey r nt smart enough to buy smartphone. What d hell people thinking tat tey r using music player gps and internet at d same time n it wont drain battery i suggest then buying extra batteries. Smartphone needs time to recharge. I recharge at night n go sleep n use it 4 anoter 2days.

That's why I said circuitous. Sigh. I hope it's better in the phones that Nokia considers 'messaging optimized': C3, E51 etc.

I am using nokia c5 since 23days, everything fine on this phone. But, music sound is poor and bad also. Headset sound is better. So, friends. Whose like music, its not for you. Buy nokia 6700s with same software, sound is loud and lovely yar. So, think again.

kayc, 20 Sep 2010This is on all S60 phones, not just C5. I think the contact... moreThanks for the info. I prefer to keep the standby screen clear instead of cluttered with shortcuts. Besides, I save all my contacts on the sim only, which cannot be used for the Contacts Bar at all.
