Bought this phone today. Fantastic work from nokia, only downside is the lack of wifi, but it makes up for that with a very fast 3.5g, good value for ur money. Thanks Nokia!

dont buy,soo small display,not very clear lcd,lcd have shades,very girls type,small like girls hand,and have hanging problem.totally dont buy this.go for n79,n82,n78,5233.

This phone looks good. However, I have a bluetooth headset and I am aware that the voice tags are automatic and you cannot record your own voice to the voice tag.
I would like to know if the voice regnognition works well (a rough percentage success rating would be helpful) from anyone who uses this phone with the voice tags. Thanks.

Nowadays, most mobile phone manufacturers outsource their work to countries with cheaper labour... and Nokia is one of them. So it doesn't matter, it does not mean it's a fake just 'coz China is written on it. Even my 5800 was made in Ghangzao, an industrial city somewhere in China.
Just check all the features and stuff b4 buying.

I went to a shop today and told the salesman to show me the C5 box.
On the box in the Manufacturer section it was written "Beijing-Nokia Telecommunications"
What should I do!
Should I go for it???

it is a good small and handy phone but i was using it one day and all of sudden it crashed and refused to start . i have been trying to fix it , it is presently at hte nokia customer care fo repairs

Nokia has really shown that it is a serious mobile phone making company.

Bought this fone last month. Really a waste of money, this fone get blank when turn off and then on. i dont know wether my set is faulty or C5 got this problem, but i know one thing i spend money and i m not satisfied. C5 has signal problem, msgs r often pending when signals r low. Miss some basic features.
