U are real foo... morethere a difference between reading pdf file through java and read by default,even in symbian, u have to open pdf software to read pdf file.

waste ur time by enabling elf pack on c510 same u get in 1 min. From mobiles24.com

one big disappointment for me is it does not have ethernet connectivity. C510 has ethernet connectivity.
I cann't understand why nokia not provide ethernet connectivity in c5.
U Create only dialup connection which support max. Speed 912kbps. Pc lan connectivity not present in c5.

camera:excellent with
sunlight, as well as at night
msging :threading option(my
fav)
no auto rotate facility for viewing
photos (my fav) but for rotation u need to press only #
diff types of viewing slide show
with sound as u like mp3 or mp4 songs
pics and video editing very gud and too fast unlike c510 which take lots of time for editing

plz give the feedback for the same with c5
in c510,

ain , 05 Jul 2010i think, you dont modify your phone...modification void ur warranty why are u not choose c5, not require any modification.
If u want camera phone go for nokia 6700 slide.
C510 is total wastage of money thanks niraj and hoang who are the persons which save my money. I sold c510 few days back so not waste my whole money

Anyone trying to hype the C510 here over the C5 has an agenda, so buyer beware. The Camera on the C510 is by no means any better and actually much worse in lowlight and absolutely horrid at night. The video capture is much better on the C5 as well especially at night.
The C510 is also a dumbphone with little or no extensibility outside crappy Java Apps. No GPS either so Google Maps is useless on the C510 and uses Cell towers to give your approx location sometimes telling you that you're in completely different city. The build quality is decent but in the end its all plastic.
If you have a choice goto your local dealer and play with both before you buy any. the first think you'll notice the huge camera lag on the C510 and the lack of zoom at the full resoluition. Don't listen to anyone who says the C510 is great just because it sports the Sony Cybershot brand. The PC suite also sucks compared to OVI suite. The list literally goes on.

my dear featurwise c510 camera better
but picture qualitywise c5 better
C5 Display poor in some handsets not all .
Gsmarena also said that good sunlight legibility whereas phone#arena said that poor legibility.
So problem in mfg unit which made ur phone.

every new buyer plz read my post before purchasing c5
some handsets of c5 sunlight legibility good with nice camera but some other handsets of c5 have poor sunlight legibility with bad camera so before purchasing check it.

nice keys(exept the 2 keys cramped)
no cam button
3g max transfer rate =10 mb (bettr thn 3.5mb of se c510)
cam n sound ok-ok
headfones are poor
but standard size tht means u can use ur computer's headfones too.
battery life is v.gud
screen res is gud, no wifi, but GPS available,
best thing NO LAG.
n 2 gb card free.
bought it for 7800 priority dealr delhi along wid screen guard...
i choose it above nokia 5230, se c510.
