Hello friend.
Since last 15 day I hunt out net and many shop as I need non touch smart phone that should operate on symbian OS and camera, battery should good.I go for other camera phone(java) like asha 300,200 ,x2-00;C5-03,05.In these there was something problem about camera, touch and battery.And now finally I got my my phone as c5-5mp.It is a very decent phone with good camera battery application and music.Only bad thing is that wh 102 headphone.but no problem change it and take sony bass reflect headphone.install LCG jukebox software.after it you will exprience a rocking music.I loved C5 5mp.thanks nokia.

I don't like touch phones. So I've been stuck with Nokia N73 all these years.
But...
1. Now a days my N73 is becoming old. If I minimize Net and go to other App, the net closes automatically. I think it is due to low Ram or Rom(correct me If I'd gone wrong)
2. I want to play Angry Birds on my N73. But its not compatible.
3. N73 is not fit in my tight jeans. But adjusted all these days.
4. I'm unable to edit an image on it. Esply unable to save an image after cropping it.
Other than these there are no complaints on my N73. Purchased it for 15000 rupees on March 2008. It didn't give any trouble so far. Not went to a repair shop even once. I'm very happy for this. But I want some change.
I have been waiting for an upgrade of N73. I'm fond of playing games. Joystick gives more comfort in playing games compared to 5way navigation keypad. But no sign of a mobile with joystick in the near future by Nokia. So I had to somehow adjust with C5 I hope it would satisfy me. Come up with more reviews after using it.

GOOD: this phone has great design, gre... moreIt is true that the resolution is 5 megapixels. But size does not always mean quality. I agree that the photos taken by the camera, whether 3 or 5 MPs, appear bleached.
Although, I realized the default "SHARPNESS setting" was set to "NORMAL". Which implies that if you set it to "SMOOTH", the it would make the captured photo smoother than normal.

Nokia phone becomes obsolete as there is no application for symbian phone..please go for an android phone....android is more fun and amazing....i wasted my 1 year in searching new apps and games..

I just bought one
GOOD: this phone has great design, great display especially when watching video clips, great clear sound with headphones or without. Good storage capacity
BAD: I was expecting this phone to take great 5MP shots but the quality is poor, not very clear because it has fixed focus which can never be as good as auto-focus which capture objects before shooting them. I'd say Nokia 6303i has better quality images. I think I will get Nokia C5 5MP back to the seller. Even when using flash, the image is bleached, it makes photos worse.
CONCLUSION: If you are a camera phone fan like me, don't pick up this phone.

awesom phone battery back up excellent internet very gud nd camera very gud with flash nd many symbian software stylish look. Looking very gud nd i am very happy because i choose c5-00 so friends buy it nd enjoy with c5 smart phone...

Even with a detailed equalizer than X3, it does not have a good "dynamic range". The music does not seem as exciting as it is heard from the X3. Although a good equalizer setting can enhance the sound.
Yeah, the display size/screen size is too small, and so with the fonts. But at least, it displays in 16 million colors.

Anyone who wants to record voice/speech or sounds would be very happy in buying this phone.
I saw many phones neglecting sound clip quality, preferring to make only AMR (AMR-NB) the available format. The resulting sound clip is terrible, that it sounds like a telephone. Background noise is eliminated, but makes the sound unrealistic.
The phone also records in WAV, which is quite better than AMR, in terms of clarity of words, but the "sound range" sounds a little narrow.
But MP4 is the best. It captures both the background noise and the clear, actual voices. You can distinguish which sounds are in the foreground, and those in the background.
Good thing this phone has these features, features that are "usually" not included in other phones, and other brands.

no choice if ur a traditional alphanumeric-candybar type of a phone user which hates touchscreens, qwerty's, slidings, foldings...its the latest u could get from nokia...only its display and audio sound is bad!!!...just go for a nokia 6303c or 3720c or the older 5630xm or e52...or gamble for c2-01!!!
